or families to take care of them. Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki, both

Changed my mind after reading this great
book! I was hesitant to purchase this book. Yeah right another get rich book.
I could not put this fabulous book down. Donald Trump comes across as a down
to earth financial genius. Robert K. is brilliant and his approach is similar
adding real life experiences and philosophies that work.
I have read so many "Get Rich" books over the last 20 years, listened to
speakers, and walked away with a positive attitude and not enough meat to
put on the table. These authors truly believe in what they have written and
have given me for the first time ideas for strategies that will work.
Recommend this to anyone who is sick of working for someone

This book is philosophical more than factual, in that it is about lifestyles
more than specific ventures to go into. But that shouldn't stop you from
picking up this book -- seriously, who can truly say they can compete against

Amazing insight and worth the read. I
was pleasantly surprised with this book because I read it with skepticism.
I found it very informative and eye opening. While the answers to getting
rich may not be laid out in a "how to" manner, the book emphasizes the need
to reach out beyond society's definition of "smart investing" and educate
yourself in the financial arena, while pointing you in the right directions.
Any book that lays out specific directions for getting rich would be incredibly
unsuccessful for the majority of people because everyone is different, and
their interests and talents lie in too many different areas. The book does
help the reader to better target his or her interests and talents, and provides
suggestions for how to enhance knowledge and success. I found the book to
be an outstanding vehicle to jump start my mind and open myself up to a world

Poverty" (Ruby Payne) and realizing that the middle class is truly shrinking

This is an excellent piece of material for those who are looking to be rich.
It is not a step-by-step guide but a general overview of important data and
facts unique to getting rich in the 21st century. If your are an extremely
conservative investor, afraid to take risks or simply not interested in getting
rich, than this book is definitely not for you! In addition, it starts you
on the path to mentally thinking about getting rich by giving you exercises

For the discerning reader only. This is an extremely important and motivational
book that clearly lays out why you should be rich as well as what rich people
think about, what stimulates them, and how they view life and the world.
No, this is not a step-by-step how-to book, it's good advice--and since most
of us can use some sound financial advice, especially from a millionaire
and billionaire (who made it, lost it and made it again) this book is an
excellent resource. Plus, it's a workbook, where you are asked to answer
questions at the end of most chapters so that you are building your own "view"
just as Robert and Donald share their views. They point out that how they
did it or how Warren Buffett did it is not important. What is important is
how you are going to do it and that's why building your view and your financial
education is so important (a redundant message, but that's how many of us
learn). As for the heavy dose of marketing, I chose to view it as a great
reading list useful for continuing my financial education.
Like panning for gold, the nuggets may be far a few between but they are
there, and the discerning reader will be able to read past the redundancy
and marketing for the true value in this book. That will unfortunately be
only 10% (90/10 rule) because if these reviews are any indication, 90% of
us aren't getting the message.
Personally, this book is worth its weight in gold. I thank Donald Trump and
Robert Kiyosaki for it. As someone who did not much like or respect Donald
Trump prior to reading the book, he has had a major impact on me. And just
for the record, Robert does provide some investment advice, based on your
current status in life (baby boomer, student, etc.). ~L.B.

It's about the basics. I am only writing this review because there are so
many undeservedly bad reviews on this book.
This book is about why Trump and Kiosaki want people to be rich- It's not
a book on how to get rich. It's a good book to read if you view money and
wealth as "evil" or have some knee-jerk reaction against the thought of being
filthy disgustingly rich, or tend to dispise rich people
Part one talks about what being rich is (suprisingly it is not when your
paychecks or savings accounts are huge) and why it's important to be their
definition of rich- We no longer live in a world where America is the economic
super power. Unless drastic changes are made by the American public, our
kids will be living in a world where everyone wants to go to China and India
to chase the "American Dream"
Part Two discusses three types of investors and why it's important to be
the right type of investor. It gives some insight into what gambling is and
what investing is. It also talks about why saving money is not smart
Part Three talks about personal life lessons both these men have learned
in their quest to create wealth. It also talks about their philosophies on
God Religion and Money. It also talks about their experiences in the military.
Parts Four and Five is the FAQ part of the book where they give their wise
(but not too specific here's what you should do) answers- questions like
I am a baby boomer what should I do?
I am a college student what should I do?
Should I invest in real estate?
I am broke and close to homeles what should I do?
This book is the one to start with if you've never read any books by these
guys- They plug their other books, but this book contains the essence of
their other books(although I highly recomend all of kiyosaki's books) ~David

Both Trump and Kiyosaki shared great stories, insights, and useful information.
I learned many lessons that will help me with my own company. For people
that want a business book to give them a "road map" to becoming a billionaire
- give up!! There's no such book. Every person is different and every business
is different. Learn from others that have been successful and apply their
principles to your own business.
